What happens to your request.

Sai Infratel Private Limited provides TimeTrack under the public brand SIPL India. For support or privacy enquiries, contact info@sipl.pro.

Your name, work email, business name, employee-count range and optional message are saved for authorized SIPL staff to review and respond to your demo request.

Submitting this form does not create a customer account, start a trial, authorize biometric collection or subscribe you to marketing. Please do not submit face photos, passwords or employee attendance records.

A keyed network identifier and request identifier help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. The demo application does not store your raw network address in its contact table. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Your contact details are visible to authorized SIPL provisioning staff, with access logging. Form entries stay in this browser tab while you edit; reloading may discard unsent entries.

Form contact details and triage notes are scheduled for automatic deletion 90 days after submission, or earlier after a verified deletion request. We keep limited request, deletion and audit identifiers to prevent old submissions from recreating deleted contacts. These retained records do not include the form contact details or message. Separately held emails have their own lifecycle; ask us to include them in a deletion request. Backups expire under their applicable backup cycle and are not erased instantly.
